Letitia Lovely Robinson

“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” Luke 12:48b NIV

Letitia Lovely Robinson is inspired by this scripture as she strives to live her life in a manner that is pleasing to God. She is a Christian woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her love for her family is second only to her love for God. Letitia has been married to Rev. Robbie Robinson for 23 years and they are the proud parents of two wonderful children– Lania and Royce.

Letitia accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior, and was baptized at the age of 7. She has served in the church for as long as she can remember and she continues to grow in the grace and knowledge of God daily. Letitia has been a choir member, church secretary, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Teacher, Director of VBS, Joint Board Member, Co-Leader of the Marriage Ministry and Sunday School Superintendent.

Mrs. Robinson earned her MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.  She has worked in corporate America for more than 25 years and has several professional certifications. Currently she is a consultant for a global corporation and facilitates leadership development workshops throughout the US and internationally.

She volunteers her time and talents to support numerous non-profit organizations and initiatives.  Letitia serves on the board of directors of the R/B Youth Foundation and is president of Profit Through Knowledge, Inc.  Additionally, she is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and works passionately to make an impact on her   community through service.   

Letitia is an active member of the Second Baptist Church of Elgin where Rev. Nathaniel Edmond is the pastor.  As a member of the Youth Ministry, the Couples Ministry, the Sheridan School Partnership Ministry and the Prison Ministry, Letitia seeks to uplift, empower and encourage others through her words and deeds. 

She enjoys watching her children play sports, golfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  Letitia currently resides in Bartlett, IL with her husband and children.
